• ನಾಮದೇವ ಸಿಂಪಿ ವೈವಾಹಿಕ ವೇದಿಕೆಯು ನಾಮದೇವ ಸಿಂಪಿ ಜಾತಿಯವರಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಸೀಮಿತವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.
• ನಾಮದೇವ ಸಿಂಪಿ ಸಮಾಜದವರನ್ನು ಹೊರತುಪಡಿಸಿ ಇತರೇ ಅನ್ಯ ಜಾತಿಯವರು Profile ನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವುದನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಬಂಧಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
• Website ನಲ್ಲಿ ನೋಂದಾಯಿಸಿ ಕೊಳ್ಳುವವರು ವೈವಾಹಿಕ ಕಾನೂನು [Marriage Act] ರಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿರುವಂತೆ ಕನಿಷ್ಟ ವಯೋಮಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರಬೇಕು.
• ತಾವು ತಮ್ಮ ವಯಕ್ತಿಕ ವಿವರಗಳನ್ನು ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡುವಾಗ ತಮಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗಿ, ನಿಖರವಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ನಿಜ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಬೇಕು. ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ನೀವು ದಾಖಲಿಸಿರುವ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯು ಸುಳ್ಳು ಅಥವಾ ಅಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ನೀವೇ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರರಾಗಿರುತ್ತೀರಿ. ಮತ್ತು ಅಂತಹ Profile ಗಳನ್ನು Delete ಮಾಡಲು NSSYGB ಗೆ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಅಧಿಕಾರವಿರುತ್ತದೆ.
• ತಾವು ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡುವಾಗ ಸದರಿ ಕಲಂನಲ್ಲಿ ಕೇಳಿರುವ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನಷ್ಟೇ ಹೊಂದಾಣಿಕೆಯಾಗುವಂತೆ ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ಅನಕ್ಷೇಪಿತ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಬಾರದು.
• ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ಒಂದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು Profile ಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ Profile ಗಳನ್ನು Delete ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು.
• ನೂತನವಾಗಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಕೆಯಾದ Profile ಗಳನ್ನು NSSYGB ತಂಡದಿಂದ ಪೂರ್ವಭಾವಿಯಾಗಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿ ತದನಂತರದಲ್ಲಿ Website ನಲ್ಲಿ Upload ಮಾಡಲು ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದು.
• ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಕಾರಣದಿಂದಲಾಗಲೀ ಅಥವಾ ಇನ್ನಾವುದೇ ಕಾರಣದಿಂದಾಗಲಿ ತಮ್ಮ Profile ಗಳನ್ನು Upload ಮಾಡುವಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಳಂಬ ಉಂಟಾದಲ್ಲಿ NSSYGB ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರರಾಗಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
• ನೀವು ಮತ್ತು Website ನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಇತರೇ ವೈವಾಹಿಕ ಆಕಾಂಕ್ಷಿಗಳ ಮಧ್ಯೆ ಉಂಟಾಗುವ ವಿಚಾರ ವಿನಿಮಯಗಳು ವಯಕ್ತಿಕವಾಗಿದ್ದು NSSYGB ಯಾವುದೇ ಹೊಣೆಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
• ನೀವು Website ಮುಖಾಂತರ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಜೀವನ ಸಂಗಾತಿಯನ್ನು ಆಯ್ಕೆಗೊಂಡು ವಿವಾಹಿತರಾದಲ್ಲಿ NSSYGB ತಂಡಕ್ಕೆ ತಿಳಿಸುವ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿ ನಿಮ್ಮದಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ತದನಂತರದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ Profile ನ್ನು Website ನಿಂದ ತೆಗೆಯಲು ಕ್ರಮಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದು.
• ಈ Website ಬಳಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಯಾವುದೇ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳು ಅನುಚಿತವಾಗಿ ವರ್ತಿಸುವುದು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಗಮನಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದಲ್ಲಿ ಸದರಿ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು NSSYGB ತಂಡದ ಗಮನಕ್ಕೆ ತರುವುದು ತಮ್ಮ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

• Namadev Simpi Matrimony Profiles are meant only for Hindu Namadeva Simpi community people.
• If you are from any other community please do not submit profile here. Your Profile will be discarded by the Matrimony Team.
• The minimum age for registering your profile for Vadhu/Vara in this Website is as per the Marriage Act in India.
• It is expected that you would complete the registration process with fairness and honesty while furnishing your personal information. You would appreciate that efficient and effective match making depend upon yourself furnishing true, accurate, current and complete information. You further undertake that you alone shall be responsible or liable for any information provided in this application form.
• As a responsible person, you are requested not to include key details of the profile in field other than the applicable field.
• You are solely responsible for the Content that you publish or display (hereinafter, "post") on the Site.
• If at any point of time if the system comes to know that any information provided by you during registration is found to be untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete then the system shall have full right to delete your profile.
• If we find duplicate profiles then system has rights to suspend any of the profile or all the profiles.
• Newly created profile will be checked for correctness and will be immediately activated after quality declaration verified by the Team.
• The Matrimonial Team reserves the rights to discontinue, deactivate, or terminate profile if the profile in terms of bad manners and the profile contents are not acceptable if it contains violent language or wrong material.
• Team is not legally responsible for any delay in operation due to technical or other reasons.
• You are solely responsible for your interactions with other website Members. Team has reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Members.
• By becoming a Member of the Site Service, you agree to receive certain specific emails from Matrimonial Team.
• Once you find your match or got married, you are suppose to inform the Matrimony Team to remove your profile from the profile list.
• In the event, you are not agreeable to any of the terms or conditions herein contained, please reconsider and please refrain from registration.
• You are under an obligation to report any misuse or abuse of the Site. If you notice any abuse or misuse of the Site or any thing which is in violation of this Agreement, you shall forthwith report such violation to Matrimonial Team by writing to . On receipt of such complaint, Matrimonial Team may investigate such complaint and if necessary may terminate the membership of the Member. Any false complaint made by a Member shall make such Member liable for termination of his membership.
